We have decided to stay open for KEYWORKERS and GUESTS ALLOWED TO TRAVEL FOR WORK PURPOSES ONLY. We do however have some changes to make you aware of to ensure that we are adhering to all government guidelines and keeping all guests and staff as safe as possible.
In line with government guidelines we will no longer be offering bar service or table service for breakfast. Instead we are pleased to be able to offer any guests staying with us a takeaway option for breakfast with a restricted menu in place. This can be ordered upon check in with the reception team. We have also placed a microwave station in our lounge with cutlery, crockery and sauces provided should any guests require them. Please be aware that should any guest be wanting to purchase any drinks from the bar, they will need to call or email our reception team and these will provided as room service only.
Unfortunately we are unable to allow any socialising in the lounge area during this period of lockdown. If the lounge area is needed to be used, we ask that social distancing is maintained at all times and no food or drink is consumed in this area.
Our reception team are operating on restricted hours as of Thursday and the reception desk will close at 7pm Mon-Thurs and will be closed Fri-Sun. If anyone should need to check in during the periods we are closed, please get in touch with our friendly reception team and we will of course do everything we can to accommodate you.
We know this is a difficult time for us all but we do have to stress that unless you are travelling for the work purposes laid out in the government guidelines, we will be unable to accept you into the hotel.
If you have a booking with us that you are now unable to travel for, then please get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you at a later date when the restrictions have been lifted.
